Hydrating Summer Tea Blend
- 1 part Tulsi (Holy Basil)
- 1 part Hibiscus Flowers
- 1 part Marshmallow Root
- ½ part Lavender buds
- ½ part (or even just a sprinkle) Rose Buds or Petals
- Squeeze of lemon after brewing, and/or pinch of evaporated sea salt
Mix dried or fresh herbs together, and then use 1 TBSP per 1 cup of cold water, or ¼ cup herbs per quart (like in a quart sized glass canning jar). Place in a fireproof location in the sun to infuse for a few hours or all day. Put in the refrigerator or ice to cool, strain and enjoy 2-4 cups per day. Add lemon or sea salt if desired if more hydration is desired.
